DISC – M Report is a SHORT VERSION of a DISC- Self report and is ideal for seminars. It includes all positive highlights of your strengths and the communication strategies you want others to know about.
DISC for Self Report focuses on YOU and everything you need to know to understand yourself as well as how your style differs from the other styles. It includes how to recognize each of the other styles and how to adapt your style to improve relationships with each of the other styles.
DISC for Leadership Report is for those in LEADERSHIP positions and adds on to the DISC Self report. It is a more prescriptive and descriptive report and gives you specific directions for adapting your leadership style for improving results with each of the different personalities on your team.
DISC for Sales Report is for people in SALES and gives you specific tips on how to improve your sales and service performance with each of the different personality styles of your prospects and clients. The DISC report is divided into 3 parts introducing the DISC model, helping you understand your own style, and identifying ways that you can apply your style strengths or modify your style weaknesses in order to meet the needs of others. It will also introduce you to the five stages of the buying cycle – Connecting, Assessing, Solving,
Confirming and Assuring.
